Pastors Evan and Grace Ver Steeg moved to Dell Rapids in March of 2022 after Evan accepted a part-time position at Quest Church. Since then, our founding pastors moved to another congregation and in March of 2023, Evan became our lead pastor. His passion is to help others continually encounter the freedom and transformation which comes through Jesus Christ. Evan enjoys fishing, hiking, researching, and getting to know other people.

Sensing a need in the area of worship ministry, Pastor Grace joined the Quest Church team in August of 2023. Grace is passionate about helping people encounter God through worship and raising up leaders to help our church accomplish that task. Her hobbies include exercise, horticulture, reading, hiking, and studying.

Evan and Grace are married with one son, Phinehas. Both are licensed ministers with the Assemblies of God, and both hold a master's degree from Phoenix Seminary.
